Inna is a multidisciplinary design and innovation leader, weaving together design strategy, physical and digital design, brand, as well as technology and engineering, to create cohesive product and user experiences that people love. She leads teams along the full product design and development process, from initial ideation and strategic framing through launch.

She is currently a Design Director at frog, where she leads the North American Industrial Design and Product Design team. Her work is cross-disciplinary, with clients ranging from pre-seed to Fortune 50 companies, and spans a broad range of industry verticals and product types, including consumer electronics, healthcare, climate tech and sustainable design. In addition to working with clients, she teaches entrepreneurship and human-centered design at NYU.

A big part of Inna’s practice is helping startups go from zero to one. She works with startups within the frogVentures practice, and is a mentor in a number of startup accelerators.

Before joining frog, Inna architected next-generation technologies and brought many products to market as a senior member of Apple’s product design team. She is an inventor on multiple patents, a graduate of the MIT Media Lab, and the winner of the 2022 Women in Innovation Rising Star Award.
